SV commmunity members are welcome to join our Lent group for 2025, reflecting on the book Tarry Awhile by Selina Stone. The group will be co-facilitated by Jane and members of the Faith & Abuse group. We’re using a reading plan by member Sarah which you can download here. We will reflect on the reading and questions up to and including the day we meet each week.
You can also join our optional Whatsapp group for sharing short refelctions during the week or when you can’t make the group session. There is guidance for the Whatsapp group below.

Whatsapp group guidelines: This is for posting reflections and questions, and having brief discussions based on the daily readings. Please avoid posting about other topics. Please keep people’s phone numbers and personal data confidential, and do not message them outside of the group unless you have their permission. Please keep posts to a reasonable length – no essays! and to no more than around 4 per day per person (you can of course answer other people’s). Please feel free to mute the group if you find it overwhelming. Please be understanding about people’s varying availability, not everyone will be able to reply quickly or even at all.
