Our regular informal gathering for survivors, run by experienced survivor-facilitators, in a comfortable London venue (we have exclusive use on the day). You may bring a supporter if you need to. We come together with others around our shared experience, to gain a sense of solidarity, mutual support with others who understand, and having a voice that can change things. Plus tea and cake, creativity and some fun thrown in to the mix!

It’s free to book, we do ask you to donate what you can afford on the day, it costs us £15 per head to run, all done by volunteers. (Supporters also need to book a space).
