We work with our sister organisation LittleRo to bring connection, support and understanding to Survivors through a range of peer support groups.
All of our peer support groups are facilitated by Survivors who also participate in the groups.
You can find out more about the peer support groups we run below:
Tuesday Pod
Weekly, Tuesday evenings via zoom, from 19.00 – 20.15 (UK time)
This is our general Peer Support group.
We like to refer to this group as a pod because, like a pod of dolphins, it reflects our aim to build a community of mutual support, listening and companionship.
This group is open to all Survivors, of any kind of abuse.

Mix It Up BIPOC Group
Weekly on Wednesday evenings from 19.30 – 21.00 (UK time)
This is a trauma support group specifically catering for the unique healing needs of Black and Racially Marginalised people who face systemic racism and discrimination.
This group runs as a hybrid meeting, with options for meeting in-person in South London, or joining the same session online.
Faith & ABuse Group
Fortnightly on Monday evenings via zoom, 19.00 – 20.30 (UK time)
This group (known as FAB for short) is for Survivors of church/faith-based abuse, and Survivors of any kind of abuse whose relationship with spirituality, faith and their faith community has been affected by their experiences. Not all of us still have a solid faith, but being able to speak about such things is helpful.
This session includes an optional meditation/reflection/prayer time for the last 10mins.

Safety
