Please note that we do not provide therapy or counselling. For help in finding support in the UK, please contact your GP, mental health services or social services. If you are struggling with feeling suicidal, please contact the Samaritans or your local hospital A&E. NAPAC – support line for adults abused as children (any form of abuse).

Survivors Trust – helpline and network of organisations supporting survivors of sexual abuse and rape

Into the Light – support for people who have been sexually abused and their supporters.

TAG – Trauma and Abuse education and resources.

Stop it Now – for anyone concerned about child sexual abuse.

It’s Good to Talk – find a registered therapist.

DABS – books and resources.

MIND – information and help with mental health.

NSPCC – support for children at risk of abuse and their families.

Childline – helpline for children and young people.

Safe Spaces – support for people abused within the Church of England, Catholic Church in England and Wales or the Church in Wales
